How to make an order

Registering

All wholesale buyers need to pre-register. All existing Road Clothing customers will have been sent account details and password; if you have forgotten your password please contact the office on 01629 636260 or email info@roadjeans.com and your password will be re-advised.
New customers need to register by contacting the office on 01629 636260 or email info@roadjeans.com Road Clothing Ltd operates a voluntary code where by we try not to supply competing stores in a town or district. Where we have an existing outlet we reserve the right to decline another outlet in the same town or district. When your account has been approved your account details and password will be mailed out to you.

Browsing and shopping

Browse the store using the links at the top of the page

When you find something you like, select the desired size and colour and click 'add to cart'. You can then keep shopping or go straight to the checkout. Orders placed on line and paid for by a credit or debit card receive a 10% discount. Any items ordered but not in stock will be advised by email with the approximate date they will return to stock, you will be asked if you want to keep the out of stock items as a back order to be dispatched at a later date. All credit customers should place their orders by telephone with the office in the normal way. (Office phone number 01629 636260).


Shipping information.

All orders placed online will be dispatched on the next working day. We use UK Mail next day service for all UK customers and UK Mail's Express service for any other European countries. Carriage charges are added when the goods are dispatched as they are based on the weight of the consignment. (Please contact the office for more detailed carriage charges, 01629 636260).

Disclaimer

Availability

Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of our website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable we will email you to advice you of the situation and your card will only be debited for the available items.


Colours

We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photographs. However, we cannot guarantee colours will be as they appear on the website because monitor settings for colour, resolution etc can affect the colours.


Returns Policy

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered please contact the office by email, info@roadjeans.com or telephone 01629 636260 for a returns number. After inspection if the goods are found to have been damaged deliberately or the care instructions have not been followed we will return the goods to you with a letter of explanation and credit will not be given. For orders placed online a refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

Part of order is missing

Unfortunately mistakes can be made so if you receive your order and an item is missing please contact the office by email, info@roadjeans.com or telephone 01629 636260 quoting your order number and the missing item and we will investigate the matter.

Return Postage

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us so we would recommend, for your own protection, you use a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods and which we sign for to confirm receipt. If the goods are faulty or the wrong item we will credit you and refund the carriage paid. If the goods have been damaged deliberately or the care instructions have not been followed we will return the goods to you with a letter of explanation and we will not refund the postage.
